Celebrate the warmth and abundance of summer as we explore our relationship with the beauty of the natural world and the various internal parts of ourselves. (Inspired by Internal Family Systems framework.) Recognize the inner critic, also parts that are anxious, people-pleasing, or angry. Release your stress through Kundalini yoga and breathwork, journaling activities, small group interaction and creative art expression. Strengthen yourself in community with other conscious women! All levels welcome. Pre-registered only.
